Taxidermia

A grandfather, a father, and a son, are all linked mutually by recurring motif. The weak grandfather, an orderly during World War Two, lives in his weird fantasies; he craving love. The enormous father seeks triumph as a top athlete "speed eater" in the post-war pro-Soviet era. The grandson, a gentle, small-boned taxidermist, yearns for something superior, immortality. He wants to create the greatest work of art of all time by stuffing his own chest. Chronological facts and surrealism become intertwined as paranormal realism.
